Program Overview

Creative Trails is an innovative community support program for adults with intellectual disabilities. It incorporates artistic, agricultural, outdoor experiential, culinary arts, horsemanship, leadership and certificate programs to encompass new and creative ways to address many people’s interests. We offer participants choices, sophisticated opportunities and integration to help support and guide them to becoming more interdependent. By realizing theory potential through experiences of the mind, body and spirit, each individual will live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Click on the logo to get more details!

Certificate Program

Artists are able to earn a Certificate of Art by meeting established

criteria. This program is located at Heartwood

College of Art in Kennebunk.
