The Portland Foundation Program is a spacious 5000 square foot loft style building. It houses an art gallery, studio space, TRAILS equipment center, CULTIVATE area, the YUM commercial kitchen and a performance art stage.

The Art Department location is a 1300 square foot loft style artist space, located in the heart of the Portland Arts District. It houses the Shoot Media and Open Studio Program. The Art Certificate Program is in the North Dam Mill in Biddeford sharing the same floor with 20 other professional artists. The loft is 1300 sqft and hosts a ceramics, painting, and fiber arts studio with lots of light and old mill charm. The Lewiston Foundation Program is located in downtown L/A in the heart of the mills district, and just down the the road from L/A Arts and Bates College. The location is a fusion of urban and country asthetic, complete with an outdoor adventure center, an art studio, a horsemanship meeting spot and an art gallery.

Listen Up is located in the industrial part of Portland, where multiple musicians find refuge to practice and record their music. The location is a quant style cottage that has a recording studio along with a couple instrumental rooms as well.
