The Portland Foundation Program is a spacious 5000 square foot loft style building. It houses an art gallery, studio space, TRAILS equipment center, CULTIVATE area, the YUM commercial kitchen and a performance art stage.

The Art Certificate Program is in the North Dam Mill in Biddeford sharing the same floor with 20 other professional artists. The loft is 1300 sqft and hosts a ceramics, painting, and fiber arts studio with lots of light and old mill charm. The Auburn Foundation Program is a colonial style facility nestled in Auburn. It is minutes away to both the city and all the outdoor attractions. The location is over 5000 sqft and hosts an outdoor and agricultural adventure center, art studios, a horsemanship meeting spot and an art gallery. They also have yardage for a fantastic garden.

Listen Up is located in the industrial part of Portland, where multiple musicians find refuge to practice and record their music. The location is a quant style cottage that has a recording studio along with a couple instrumental rooms as well.
